I had a wonderful trip to Burlington to visit Elisa and Brett. It was great to be able to work from Fuse. I also got to go to a crunchy yoga class with Brett and was extremely impressed with his flexibility. He moves like a monkey.
I witnessed the pop-up trundle installment and helped paint the downstairs bathroom. Those crazy kids had me up until 1am most nights. It's time to start getting your sleep Elisa and Brett!!
5 of Elisa's college friends came up to visit for Elisa's shower- which was so much fun! Emma, Becky, Lauren and I had a shower on Saturday- it was a great success! Elisa's friends all got her the coolest gifts! The girls put together shower favors which were bulbs in vases- they're supposed to bloom around the time that Elisa is due!
We went to L'amante for dinner on Saturday and were kind of disappointed with the mediocrity, and the fact that they didn't have the fritters, which is apparently the only reason why we went.
I barely made it back to Chicago before the big storm hit.
