It's just Kat and I left with Brett, Elisa and Zoe. We made pizza last night and just sat around and enjoyed little Zoe. Kat has been letting me hog the baby because I leave tomorrow :( I held her for awhile in between feedings last night, and I swear she smiled a couple times- I think Brett caught the end of one big grin.
Last night Kat and I slept soundly, but apparently Elisa was up every hour with Zoe- and Brett was up a lot too. The lactation specialist, Sally, came at 8:30 am, Brett said she was extremely helpful.
After her feeding, Brett brought her down while Elisa got a couple hours of sleep. The lactation specialist taught them a new swaddle- the Russian swaddle- and she slept like a rock for 2 hours in my arms. This is just one of the many pics we took of her while she was sleeping. SHE IS SO CUTE.
Elisa, Brett and Zoe are off to their first doctor's appointment.
